Charges, Payments & Margins:

Pay4Biz reserves the right to charge franchise fees for certain services, as well as development fees based on certain completed transactions using the services. Pay4Biz has rights to alter or charge for any new technology update in portal, software, services and product. Retailer, master portal and network partner will be liable to pay the charges (if any) for new technology update in portal. Pay4Biz further reserves the right to alter any and all fees, commissions and margins for franchise modules and users as per service providers profit margin fluctuations from time to time, without notice. Renewal for White Label Portal & users will be applicable per month. Any changes and addtional services or product requirement (not in proposal ) will attract addtional charges. Retailer receive 50% commission on Irctc agent service charge. In case of IRCTC train eticket booking upto 1% PG charges will be applicable where retailers will be eligible for upto 50% commission on pg Charges (gst and tds will be applicable) if any. All Franchise module fees are not refundable. Part payment (Installments) faclities are subject to management approval and late payment fees will be applicable if installment payment will not receive on exact date of installment payment also if any discount given for products so discount privileges will be cancelled and client will liable to pay standard franchise cost. An addtional charges will be applicable SSL requirements for B2B and B2C white label. Please note the SSL has to be purchase from Pay4Biz only, the third party SSL won't run on white label portal. Mobile application development charge will be applicable. All Franchise, products and developments fees are non-refundable and it is exclusive of taxes. The User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the services. GST (Goods & Services Tax) will be extra. Portal subscriptions charges will be applicable per annum.
